French culinary training at Fiji National University in Nadi.

From November 2nd to 4th, two professors from Lycée Hôtelier of Tahiti (French Polynesia), Yves Dhieras, professor in cookery and Jérôme Coulon, professor in pastry, conducted a training for a dozen of culinary university lecturers and students at the Fiji National University’s (FNU), Nadi campus.

In 2012, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Lycée Hôtelier de Tahiti and FNU with an objective to develop technical exchange programs with FNU in the culinary area.

This project is funded by the French Pacific Fund.
